Terms of Service
All payments are accepted through Zelle, Paypal, and or CashApp.
To ensure you are serviced as efficiently as possible, please be prepared to submit all essential details at the start of your projects. This will prevent project delays and excessive revisions. Please ensure that all spelling and content are accurate during the review process. Final artwork will be supplied once all payments and design approval have been satisfied.
Payment is required to secure a project on the divineCreative calendar. All projects under $100 are paid in full before the project begins. All projects above $100 can be made in 2 payments: 50% before the project & after the project begins.
If a client cancels the project during production, divineCreative is not responsible for refunding if the project has been more than halfway completed. The client will be responsible for any expenses or open invoices if canceled during production.
